Once the water has reached a boil, take your tablespoon of instant coffee powder and pour it in gradually over the coffee. Stir well to make sure the powder does not burn. Do this until about half way through the cup. You may then put in the lid and place the lid on loosely.

After that, you have to remove the filter coffee froth from the bottom of the pot and pour this into the cup. Place the lid back and let it steep for a minimum of five minutes. Then, pour the fresh coffee brew into the decoction pot and add the roasted beans along with the coarsely ground coffee powder. Stir well. After that, let it steep for another five minutes before straining and serving.
